Q: What is the guarantee on your brass letters?
A: For our solid brass, flat cut brass letters, brass faced acrylic letters,
they are guaranteed for life on the original installation. For our
brass faced foam and PVC products, they are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee foam
or PVC products.
Q: Can I get the brass letters polished on both
sides (front and back)?
A: No. We do not "finish" the back of any letters.
